Introducing my ultimate offering for HR Leaders/Teams seeking to design and execute a contemporary Holistic Workforce Planning Program using minimum time, resources, money and effort.
Simply select your desired Process Map/s from the three options illustrated below, for development on the following basis: -
1. The custom design of a soft-copy process map illustrating each critical process step in sequential order, complemented by action planning notations.
2. The provision of an accompanying soft copy set of template forms, as appropriate.
3. The provision of my applicable Holistic Workforce Planning Checklist.
Defining the role, contribution, and facilitation process, the HR Department will utilise to ensure successful program governance. (Assuming that HR are most likely to be the organisation's Workforce Planning custodians).
Defining what your organisation ultimately wants this program to contribute to future workforce management and effectiveness. Considering how your workforce will be shaped, what role it will play, what environment it will encounter, and what contribution it will make.
Determining the desired data pool that underpins your Workforce Planning process. How can it be captured and cohesively integrated within the business? How will it be presented to support the forecasting process?
Capturing & analyzing selected data that identifies workforce trends that are adversely impacting your labour mix, utilisation, rostering, or leave management practices
Determining your best-fit workforce configuration by designated job categories for the nominated period being forecast. I.e. How many and what types of staff will be required?
Determining how will you stand out from the crowd in your job vacancy promotion and hiring process? Establishing your job candidates' in-house experience, plus your resourcing model and consequential annual timetable
Determining your commitment to staff welfare & well-being. How will you address isolation, vilification, inequity & personal hardship? To what extent and by what method will you address work-related psychological illness?
Identifying and forecasting future business/workforce issues that left unattended have the potential to unduly disrupt your future business operations. Thereafter developing proactive solutions.

1. The custom design of a soft-copy process map illustrating each critical process step in sequential order, complemented by action planning notations.
2. The provision of an accompanying soft-copy set of template forms, as appropriate.
3. The provision of an accompanying soft-copy risk mitigation check-list
4. An initial 30-minute introductory/fact-finding session
5. A 120-minute familiarisation session
6. A 60-minute post-completion evaluation session
Conditions
1. All services offered must be paid in advance by EFTPOS transaction or invoice, within 14 days
2. All services will be delivered to you in soft-copy Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF Format
3. Should you be genuinely disappointed with any of our subscription services, and notify us of your reasons in writing, we will be happy to provide you with a credit note or a full refund
Fees
To complete all six steps as previously outlined, my standard fee will be: -
1. For either program one & two, A$2,495.00
2. For program three A$1,795.00
3. Should you decide to order two of our Process Mapping services at the same time, you will receive a 10% discount across the board
4. Should you decide to order all three Process Maps at the same time, you will receive a 15% discount across the board.
