
For the first fifteen years of my HR career, I occupied a diverse range of Employee Relations/Human Resources roles with leading organisations, including Trans Australia Airlines, Ford Motor Company, International Harvester, Burswood Island Resort and Casino, and Coles-Myer. In late 1995, I formed my own HR consulting practice, where I have spent the past thirty years (except for a two-year stint in the HR software development industry) designing & delivering employee relations, people analytics, workforce planning and HR infrastructure programs and solutions to a diverse client base located throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia, South Africa, and the USA. (11 countries in all).
Over the course of this journey, I have increasingly focused my attention within the Holistic Workforce Planning space, as I am convinced that the benefits organisations/key stakeholders can achieve in this discipline exceed any other people initiative that could be selected.
