Our Standard Program Stucture
- Initially, you will complete a short questionairre to benchmark your present understanding & application in relation to the topic/s you have selected. Your nominated key stake-holder/s will be requested to complete a similar questionairre with the results being provided to both parties for a facilitated discussion.
- Thereafter you will participate in a 1 x 120 minute online development class incorporating a practical simulation in areas of critical importance, complimented by a soft-copy bundle of sample templates as appropriate**
- Upon the conclusion of your class, you will be requested to complete & submit a practical exercise, to be followed by a 30 minute online evaluation session.
- Within a maximum 90 days post completing your class, you will participate in a 30 minute online de-briefing session.
- Within 120 days post completing your class, you will complete a second individual questionnairre that will benchmark any changes in your understanding and application of the topic/s you have selected . Your nominated key stake-holder will be requested to complete a similar questionairre with the results being provided to both parties for facilitated discussion.

- Initially, all four attenees will complete a short questionairre to benchmark your present understanding & application in relation to the topic/s you have selected.
- Thereafter you will participate in a 1 x 120 minute online development class incorporating a practical simulation in areas of critical importance, complimented by a soft-copy bundle of sample templates as appropriate****
- Upon conclusion, the team will be divided into two sub-groups of two, with each being requested to complete & submit a practical exercise, to be followed by a 60 minute online evaluation session.
- Within a maximum 90 days post your class ,the team will participate in a 30 minute online de-briefing session.
- Within 120 days post completing your class, you will complete a second individual questionnairre that will benchmark any changes in your understanding and application of the topic/s you have selected . Your nominated key stake-holder will be requested to complete a similar questionairre with the results being provided to both parties for further discussion.
