4. How do line managers learn if they are constantly shielded from day-to-day staff accountability? What are the consequences if they make a mistake?

The overall objective is to target and utilize performance measures that will enhance future staff labour planning, resourcing, productivity, customer alignment, and sustainability. Key areas covered include: -
1. You can choose a combination of policies, templates, and reports across all four of our core services, provided that the minimum order quantity shall be 20 KPI's, increasing in quantities of five KPI's thereafter. I.e, 25, 30, 35, etc. '
2. To assist you in making the right selections for your organization, we will initially schedule a 60, 90, or 120-minute familiarization session to discuss your content with you in detail.
3. During your program development, we will review any existing or intended practices you desire to ensure they are consistent with prevailing legislation. Additionally, we will insert your corporate logo into all selected policies and templates.
4. All of our policies, templates, and reports will be delivered to you in a "vanilla" soft-copy Microsoft Word format, enabling you to make progressive changes as you deem appropriate, or as the basis for future software development with your selected vendors.
5. Once your program has been delivered in full, you shall be entitled to a maximum of 4 thirty-minute complimentary coaching sessions to be scheduled as you require. (Additional sessions can be added thereafter at a fixed price.)
6. For twelve months from the date of your order, we will notify you (on a complimentary basis) whenever we add or amend a policy/template/report within any of the categories you have previously selected from. Thereafter, you can request an annual subscription service should you desire.
7. Should you be genuinely disappointed with a specific policy/template/report we have provided, and you notify us within 14 days of delivery, you can request either a substitute or a full refund.
Fees for our Do-It-Yourself programs vary depending on the complexity and quantity of content provided.
If you opt for a combination of policies, templates, and reports across all three of four of our services: -
1. For orders containing 20 KPI's, your fee will be AUD$1,995.00 (benefits included)
2. For orders containing 25 KPI's, your fee will be AUD$2,395.00 (benefits included)
3. For orders containing 30 KPI's, your fee will be AUD$2,695.00 (benefits included)
4. For orders containing 35 KPI's, your fee will be AUD$2,995.00 (benefits included)
5. For orders containing 40 KPI's, your fee will be AUD$3,2950.00 (benefits included)
6. For orders containing 45 KPI's, your fee will be AUD$3,595.00
(benefits included)
7. For orders containing 50 KPI's, your fee will be AUD$3,895.00 (benefits included)
Provided that fees will vary for any orders containing our Letters of Offer, Code of Conduct, and Staff Handbook services
If you opt to order one of our four intact programs (including all of the benefits), we will discuss the options with you before providing a written quotation for your approval to proceed.
Upon confirmation of your order, you will initially be charged 50% of the specified fee. You will be charged a further 25% upon delivery of your first tranche of KPI's, and the remaining 25% upon delivery of your final tranche
