Online Delivery

In the first instance we will submit a survey tool for completion and return in relation to any current or planned Workforce Management & Performance Analytics reporting within your organisation;


Once your survey has been completed, we will initiate an online consulation session with you (30 to 60 minutes duration) in order to confirm our understanding of your prevailing people analytics reporting envirionment. 


Thereafter we will determine and submit a suitable suite of HR Key Performance Indicators that we recommend form the basis for your future Workforce Management & Performance Reporting program;


Once confirmed,  we will design and submit a comprehensive set of reporting templates incorporating our recommended formatting and visual presentation; specific performance measures; costing models and detailed reporting definitions; 


We  will also design and separately submit our recommended governance procedures that will under-pin program effectiveness and sustainability; 


In-House Delivery

We will schedule a series of consecutive round-table discussion sessions (Recommended three in three days) in order to properly discuss and evaluate all of the content we have previously submited (Each session will be of 3.5 hours duration);


Online Delivery

We will subsequently schedule and facilitate a minimum of two structured briefing sessions (60 minutes duration each/three monthly intervals) in order to discuss any issues or concerns you may have encountered during the content development & implementation process;
